Welcome to the Town of Bethlehem’s New Meeting Management Web Portal
Here you will be able to find Town Board and Zoning Board of Appeals meeting agendas, agenda attachments, minutes, live streaming videos and on-demand archived videos.
All meeting videos require that you have a media player installed on your computer, either Windows Media Player or Microsoft Silverlight Player. Note: Apple computer users should use the built-in Safari browser with the Silverlight player to view videos.
To view a meeting video, click the Video link listed to the right on the meeting calendar below. The media viewer will appear with the meeting agenda listed below it. You can click the agenda items to automatically advance the video to that agenda item. Each agenda item will also provide you access to any associated agenda attachments. For on-demand archived videos, you can also view the voting record for the item.
For live streaming meeting videos, a green LIVE link will appear above this Welcome message when the broadcast begins.

Tip: If you wish to view one agenda item’s attachment(s), instead of opening the consolidated agenda pdf links on this page, click on the meeting date and it will open the agenda web outline. On the agenda web outline you can choose individual agenda attachments.

Town Board - second and fourth Wednesdays of the month
